Shipping

We currently ship within the contiguous United States and Alaska only. 

Orders $100 and over shipping to the the contiguous 48 states qualify for free shipping.
Up to $99.99 - Flat $20

Orders to Alaska are shipped at calculated rates.

We ship UPS Ground (unless you opt for priority for an additional cost at checkout). Because of the heavy and breakable nature of Polish Pottery we package each order with great care. If your order is large, it may be shipped in more than one box at no additional charge to you.

Damaged Items Policy
We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives safely. In the rare event that an item is received damaged, please follow the steps below so we can assist you promptly:

Photograph the damage immediately upon opening your package

Include clear photos of:

• The damaged item(s)
• The original shipping box (all sides, including the label)
• All internal packaging materials (bubble wrap, packing paper, etc.)
  

Do not discard the packaging or damaged item until your claim has been reviewed

All damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Important Notes
Retaining the original packaging is required for any shipping-related claim. Carriers may deny claims without this documentation.

Items that have been used, washed, or altered after delivery may not be eligible for replacement.

We reserve the right to deny claims that do not include proper documentation.
